Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Shipping Carrier: USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rate is set at a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
La Vie Luxe Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any cosmetic items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing.
We cannot cancel or modify an order once it’s been submitted.
